Why should I choose Luxuread Kids for my books?

Get the feeling of overwhelm when you go searching for new books online or in store? Trying to select the perfect book from the sometimes thousands in front of you can be stressful!

That's where we come in: the team at Luxuread Kids have a talent for selecting great books!

Each month we select 3 beautiful books for each age group, which focus on a monthly theme. We also include a card with a little about why we chose each book, as well as discussion points and/or activities/further reading recommendations.

Plus, we're Australian-owned and operated...all books are selected, packaged, and shipped right here in Sydney!

Subscriptions & Prepaid/One-off boxes

Our boxes ship in the first 3 business days of each month (usually on the first business day).

If you need a box straight away, we recommend a box from our past box section, or purchasing a Prepaid Bundle and selecting the 'now' option.

If you have any questions about your subscription, including skipping a month, pausing, you can log into your Luxuread Kids account, or if you would like to add/change age groups, email us at hello@luxureadkids.com.au

Gifts and Past Boxes

Need a box now? This is for you! A Luxuread Kids box or book is such a perfect gift for a new baby, a birthday, or any number of occasions (and lasts longer than flowers!).

We offer ready to ship gift boxes, one-off upcoming boxes, and fixed-term prepaid bundles.

Please note that ready to ship boxes will ship within 48 hours, and upcoming/prepaid packs will be sent with our monthly send-out within the first 3 business days of each month.

Payments

You can pay by credit or debit card, or via PayPal.

Subscriptions will be charged on 15th of each month after your initial purchase.

If you select to start your subscription immediately (before the 20th of the month), we will process an order in the last week of the month so you don't miss out on the following month's box.

If you need to change your billing information, you can log in to your account on our website and update your details there.

If you would prefer a fixed term subscription, we offer Prepaid Bundles (which are very popular as gifts!).

Shipping

All prices are inclusive of delivery charges.

We ship with Australia Post. You can select Safe Drop via the Australia Post app, however we take no responsibility for lost boxes if this is selected.

If you make an error with your address, we cannot resend your box until a fee for postage is paid. We make no profit from postage costs, but are charged a fee for a 'return to sender' box, so must pass that on.

Returns

Unfortunately we don’t issue refunds unless the contents of the box are damaged.

All boxes are carefully packed to ensure safe travel, however if there is a damaged item, please contact us at hello@luxureadkids.com.au and provide a photo of the damaged goods.
