You can enter a street address, business address, PO Box, or Parcel Locker.
You will be given the option to select Safe Drop when your tracking information is sent through.
When will my order be shipped?
- All subscriptions and "upcoming" boxes (including prepaid bundles) will be dispatched within the first 3 business days of the month, i.e. if you place an order in January, you receive a February box, which will be sent to you in the first 3 days of February.
- If you require a box immediately, please contact us or purchase a Prepaid Bundle (selecting the "now" option), a "past box" or Gift Box, which are listed in store when in stock.
- Past boxes will be sent out within 48 hours following the placement of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are included in the subscription/bundle price, so there are no nasty surprises at checkout!
What happens if I enter the incorrect delivery address?
If we have already dispatched your order we are unable to change postage details. If your package is returned to us, we are charged a fee on top of the postage costs to send it again, so please be advised we will not be able to re-send your order until the additional postage is paid by you.
Please note that we are not responsible for your package once it has left our premises.
